About Lilian: Lilian is so excited to join the Sundrops Classroom as the Co-Lead teacher this year. She was born and raised in Brazil and completed her bachelor’s degree in Languages studies and is completing her Montessori Teacher Training through Princeton Montessori. Lilian is passionate about working with children and is also a proud mom of two children. Eric who graduated from Clementine two years ago after completing the three year Montessori cycle and Emily who will be in Kindergarten at Clementine in the Magnolia classroom. When Lilian is not in the classroom she loves to spend time traveling with her family and also really enjoys running in the outdoors.
Alex Whittington
Co-Lead Teacher
Alex Whittington is excited to welcome students to the Sundrops Toddler classroom! While growing up, she attended a Montessori school in the D.C. area for ten years and has loved returning to the Montessori learning environment as an educator. Alex completed her undergraduate education at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She received a B.A. in both Dance and Theatre, with concentrations in Dance Education and Acting, Alex is currently completing her Montessori Teacher Training. Prior to joining the Clementine team, Alex served in the AmeriCorps ArtistYear program, working towards increasing availability and access to educational dance in the Philadelphia School District.
